pH Neutralizers

pH is a measure of the acidity or basicity of water. Water with a pH less than 7 are considerded to be acidic and water with a pH greater than 7 are basic or alkaline.

When pH is low, your copper plumbing pipes and fittings may leach copper into the water causing green stains on sinks, tubs, and toilets. We treat this common issue with calcite and/or magnesia in an automatic backwashing filter controlled by the Fleck 5600 SXT Digital Control.

Upflow pH Neutralizers are available with non-backwashing valve, removing the need for electricity.
